Established in 2017, Shanghai TechSync Innovations Co., Ltd. is situated at the strategic location of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Development Zone and possesses excellent supply chain resources. We are an ODM and OEM enterprise providing one-stop services. Our team members have 20 years of experience in research and production, and are dedicated to the design, development, and production of products such as stamping molds, stamping products, precision processing products, sheet metal products, control cabinets, surface treatment and assembly work.

  • NEVs - We are a reliable supplier for China's new energy industry. The metal stamping parts, copper bars and composite material noise reduction products we produce are widely used in the electric vehicle and energy storage industries.
  • Medical - Precision processing products are mainly used in medical equipment and accessories. At the same time, we also provide custom processing based on customer drawings. Especially in the EDM micro-hole processing, the hole diameter range is 0.08 ~ 0.5mm, which is highly competitive in the market.
  • Energy Storage - Cooperate with energy storage enterprises to customize sheet metal products for them, which are applied to brackets, battery shells, charging piles, control cabinets, etc. High-efficiency drawing, rapid sample production, and considerable cost.

The factory is located in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. It facilitates technical exchanges and supply chain establishment, offering services to partner customers. Strategically located to the east of Yancheng City (Kia Automobile Industrial Zone), west of Nanjing City (Mazda Automobile Industrial Zone), south of the Jiangsu Industrial Belt (with a complete and reliable industrial supply chain), and near the Shanghai Financial Trade Zone, the company has set up an office in Shanghai to handle export business. The driving time from the company to Shanghai is approximately one and a half hours.

Policy on Child Labour
We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows), or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.

Policy on Sensitive Transactions
It is our policy to prohibit employees from entering into sensitive transactions -- business dealings generally considered to be either illegal, immoral, unethical or to reflect adversely on the integrity of the Company. These transactions usually come in the form of bribes, kickbacks, gifts of significant value or payoffs made to favorably influence some decision affecting a company's business.
Policy on Commercial Bribery
We prohibit employees from receiving, directly or indirectly, anything of value in return for using or agreeing to use his or her position for the benefit of that other person. Similarly, commercial bribes, kickbacks, gratuities and other payoffs and benefits paid to any customer are prohibited. R&D team: 9 members, all of whom have 20 years of working experience. From the Autoform analysis of the product to the mold processing and assembly, and then to production delivery, we can respond to customer demands quickly.
Quality team: 5 members, equipped with ZEISS 3CMM, 2D detection equipment, and measuring tools. Each product has inspection fixtures to ensure a high-quality level.
